Posted November 03, 2019 16:37:08 The Australian Financial Press is proud to announce the publication of the second edition of the latest edition of “The File” – the most comprehensive guide to file permissions on the web.
The new edition of The File includes all the latest updates on file permissions and privacy, as well as a new section on file format and encryption.
“The File is a resource for everyone who wants to know more about file permissions, whether they’re on a desktop or mobile device, on a social network, or online, and has been designed to help you do just that,” said Andrew O’Brien, the editor of The Australian.
“What’s more, The File is available in more than 120 languages and covers topics from how to use file formats to how to protect and share your data.”
The new version of The Files contains more than 30 new sections covering topics ranging from file formats, file formats and encryption, to file security and privacy.
The File section on File Format and Encryption is a good start, with a list of some of the major file formats in Australia and other countries.
“One of the most important aspects of using file formats is the way you protect them,” said Dr Andrew Koon, the chief executive officer of Privacy International Australia.
“With a file format you have to be aware of the risks of a file being leaked, a file is open, a document is accessible, and that’s where we’re focusing on.”
The File has been created by the Privacy Institute at the University of New South Wales, the Privacy Council of Australia, Privacy Australia, and Privacy International.
It is available on the Privacy Foundation’s site.
