Posted June 04, 2021 17:08:30In the past year, there have been many articles about the rise of Chick Filas.
Some of the buzz came from the growing awareness of the company, which had launched in India in 2015 and became the third-largest food company in India.
There was a time when Chick Filab was just another Indian food company, but after the company’s CEO, Samira Chaudhary, was arrested in the US, it was widely believed that the brand was the cause of the current food crisis in the country.
In a recent interview, Chick Filabi CEO, A.S. Sharma, said the brand’s popularity in the States had increased because of its affordability and quality.
“We have always been the first option for Indian families who are looking for quality food,” Sharma told The Hindu.
“With this brand, we have taken our commitment to Indian consumers to a new level.”
According to Sharma, the brand has been very successful in India, which was the reason why the company had been focusing on developing a brand in the United States.
“In the United Kingdom, we started selling our products with chicken as our main ingredient.
We wanted to expand our product range.
We also wanted to establish a brand here in India,” Sharma said.
He added that he wanted to do the same with the Chick FilA brand.
Sharma also claimed that the company has been the target of a few incidents in the past, mainly due to the fact that the products sold by Chick Filabs are “cheaper than those sold by other food companies in the same area”.
However, in an interview to The Hindu, he said that he had taken a lot of precautions in terms of security and security measures.
“Security measures are very tight in the area.
Even in my office, we are guarded very closely,” Sharma stated.
“Every time a customer enters our offices, I check my email.
Every time I receive a call, I dial 911,” he said.
In terms of food safety, the company says that the product is not tested on animals and that there is no animal testing conducted in the manufacturing process.
Shiva said the company does not buy any products from any company.
“I would like to make a clarification here.
I am not saying that we do not buy from any companies,” he told The Hindustan Times.
“But our products are not tested,” he added.
“It is a fact that in the market, we do buy from only the highest quality brands,” Sharma added.
Shimra also said that his company has not received any complaint from any customers against the products.
“Our products are safe and the customers are happy with them.
We have always followed the strict safety guidelines,” he explained.
Sharing the same sentiment, an employee at a chicken processor in Mumbai told The Times of India that he does not have any problems with the company.
The company has also said on Twitter that they have received “very few complaints” in terms.
“This is a very small company.
We are very strict in our guidelines and safety standards.
We do not use any other chicken, except chicken that has been slaughtered in a factory,” the company tweeted.
“If you have any question, you can reach us at [email protected]”
The company also tweeted that it was “working on a list of products for the USA”.
